Founder & Managing Partner
A battle hardened go-to-market expert, Andrew has delivered results across many b2b sales roles over the last 10 years. As founding partner of Darwinian Ventures, Andrew has contributed to the commercial launch of 28 businesses and counting. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Andrew currently lives in San Francisco, California. He is an enthusiastic (but mediocre) golfer, surfer, and squash player and enjoys travel and learning languages.
Sahil Mehra
Managing Partner
Sahil is an experienced revenue leader that loves building sales organizations from the ground up. He specializes in building sales tooling stacks that enable, rather than restrict sellers. To date, Sahil has launched and scaled over 30 startups across a variety of industries.
Peter Diedrich
CFO
Peter Diedrich has 30+ years experience in technology product development, global management consulting, principal VC investing, and executive C-suite roles. He possesses deep financial acumen, operations leadership, and continuously strives to deliver profitable growth, efficient/LEAN operations, product/service delivery, customer/client satisfaction and stakeholder value. He loves Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and travel.

Tom strives to watch startups thrive and prosper. By ensuring a firm understanding of customer use cases and the unique needs of each client he works to tailor business development programs to achieve organizational goals.

Michael is a remote Sales Leader with 7 years of experience generating new business, training sales professionals, and providing business solutions. Michael has experience building and implementing GTM playbooks for startups in AI, FinTech, and Cloud Services.
